HR Projects
At Aquila we are experienced at running HR projects for clients and using an outside supplier can be a very effective way of getting the job done quickly and with the added benefit of an independent perspective. Here is a taster of some of the projects we have run for our clients:-
Attitude Surveys:- Organizations are increasingly using staff surveys to measure employee engagement in an effort to improve business performance. At Aquila we have experience of helping organizations conduct surveys, present findings and recommend strategies for taking action and improving employee satisfaction.
Performance Management:- Performance Management is concerned with what your people do (their work), and how they do it (their behavior), and what they achieve (their results). It provides a framework within which you can support your team members so they achieve their objectives. We will work with you in designing and introducing a scheme that supports your business and it tailored made for your organization.
360 Appraisal:- The term refers to "full circle" feedback from bosses, peers, and those junior to you. It is sometimes referred to as "multi-source feedback." An individual seeks feedback about his or her performance at work from a variety of colleagues with the aim of using it to highlight areas of strength and those in need of improvement. We can help you design a scheme, train those taking part and support you at every step of the process.
Facilitation
At Aquila we can come in and facilitate groups and meetings and use creative problem solving skills to help you make the best decisions for the business. Sometimes groups get stuck and find it hard to see beyond the problem or issue. An independent and experienced facilitator can help a team change the way they see the issue and come up with solutions that work. We can run focus groups throughout the organization to get views on an issue as well as work closely with a senior team on a project team.
We can facilitate team building sessions with you and your team and this can free you up to be a member of the team. Each client is unique so we tailor our services to meet your specific objectives. On some of our projects we use a range of assessment tools to facilitate change and development eg Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Belbin’s Team Roles.
