2 EQ Introductory Seminar (2-4hrs)

This interactive and thought provoking introductory seminar (half day or evening) will give you and your organization an overview of Emotional Intelligence and how you can use it to become more marketable and effective in the work place. It can be part of team development event or a stand-alone seminar.

As business has become more global organizations have become aware of the increased importance of interpersonal and collaborative skills. This is where Emotional Intelligence makes a big contribution. Find out how EQ development has contributed to the bottom line in many organizations and the practical steps you can take to grow your own EQ.

You will be introduced to the BarOn EQ-i, the most scientific tool on the market for measuring emotional intelligence. Depending on the length of the seminar we can carry out a quick self-assessment exercise in the group so you can start to get a measure of your emotional intelligence.

While this will give you an overview of the subject and some steps for growing your emotional intelligence if you want to develop the emotional intelligence competencies of the team you will need to carry out specific skills training.
