In this dynamic program, you will learn how to lead and manage yourself as well as others to achieve results you hadn't thought possible.

You will:

  • Get clear direction on what you want to achieve in your business and in your personal life
  • Learn how to use your time better
  • Learn how to assess the organizational climate at work, pin-point the areas that need immediate attention, and take appropriate action
  • Learn how to build more trust, delegate better so you have more time to focus on the important issues that bring results
  • Learn how to deal with awkward management situations and manage others’ performance
  • How to become a better communicator
  • Find out how to retain your customers and also how to manage ethical issues in our more complex global market
  • Recognize and develop the special skills you need to lead when faced with higher levels of ambiguity and change

This is a modular program that takes place over a 3 month period with 6 – 10 participants. You will meet for a motivating group workshop every 2-3 weeks to consolidate learning, measure results and plan further action to meet your specific goals.

  • The difference between leadership and management and practical steps for developing your leadership and management skills
  • An Emotional Intelligence assessment
  • Life purpose and self-management
  • Setting and achieving goals
  • Organizational climate, trust, attitude and motivation
  • Delegation, performance management, people problems
  • Developing teams, communication, effective meetings
  • Leadership in a global market, ethical issues
  • Managing customer relationships, social responsibility.

Because of the step-by-step process over a period of time you will have time to master each step. New behaviors can be practiced in the workplace and applied to real issues at work so that real change does take place.
