This action-orientated programme will equip you to manage others more effectively and release the innate potential of your team.
Through it you will:
- Learn how to develop a high-performance team that is motivated and challenged to take action and achieve more
- Become more confident as a manager or leader and lead better meetings
- Gain the respect of your team because you will have learned how to manage their expectations and they will feel stretched and challenged in their roles
- Empower individuals or your team to take ownership of problems and get results
- Learn how to deal with people problems as they arise and develop more trusting relationships in workplace.
It takes place over a 2 month period with groups of 6 – 10 participants. You will meet for a motivating group workshop every 2-3 weeks to consolidate learning, measure results and plan further action to meet your specific goals.
Key content includes:
- Difference between leadership and management and practical steps for developing leadership and management skills
- An emotional intelligence assessment
- Organizational climate, trust, attitude and motivation
- Delegation, performance management and people problems
- Developing teams, effective communication and effective meetings.
As on the previous program the step-by-step format will ensure you master the steps and apply what you have learned in the workplace.
