Aquila was founded by Catherine Carthy and is based in London. For 15 years Catherine’s career spanned a wide range of major multi-national organizations with many roles at a managerial level. These include a process engineering company, an international charity, a plastics manufacturing company and more recently, the packaging giant Tetra Pak.

Catherine has a BA degree, a Diploma in Education, a Masters Degree from the University of London, a Diploma in Business Coaching, a Diploma in Personnel Management and is NLP and MBTI qualified. She is also a member of the CIPD. She is fully trained and qualified in the BarOn EQ-i psychometric instrument for measuring Emotional Intelligence. Aquila EQ seminars are CPD accredited by the Law Society.

Catherine works with a team of Associates and Business Partners to deliver a range of quality consultancy and training services for businesses.
